📦 Returns

You have 90 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or order number.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we do not provide return labels.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.

🔧 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care products (e.g. cosmetics, skincare)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids or gases)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items

🔁 Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

Items must be unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or order number is required.

💸 Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
